Sand Making&Washing Plant in Algeria

On September 29 of 2010, we received the L/C from our Algerian customer---Mr.Jamal. He ordered a complete set of sand making and washing plant, including sand making machine VSI5X8522, spring cone crusher PYB900, screw type sand washing machine XL915 and 2XL915, vibrating screen 2YZS2460, 2YZS1860 and 2YZS1848, belt conveyors, spare parts and steel structure. Total cost is around USD350,000. They opened Letter of Credit(L/C NUMBER: 161101230CDV5547) for us.

Their project is located in Algiers, which is to crush river stone from 100mm into 3mm, 8mm, 15mm, 25mm. Then wash the sand 3mm and 8mm at 200tons per hour for building construction. The investor from Jordan visited China and met our engineers in Beijing before placing the order to us. They are convinced by our layout design, our engineers’ many years’ experience and professionalism.

We loaded and shipped these goods in 1x40'FR+6x40'HQ from Qingdao to Algiers.

In our factory, we have normal type VSI series and new type VSI5X series vertical shaft impact crusher for choice. Compared with VSI, new type VSI5X have more advantages as below:
