On Feb 02 of 2011, we received the L/C issued by HSBC. The applicant is Mr.Ferdi from PRO ROOF STEEL MERCHANTS (VRG) (PTY) LTD.

He ordered European Type Impact Crusher(with three crushing chambers) PFW1214III, rotary dryer, vibrating screen 2YZS1860 and 2YZS1848, belt conveyors, and diesel generator. They opened Letter of Credit(L/C NO: LC11/0016) for us.

Their project is located in Rustenberg, which is to crush chrome slag from 200mm into 3mm. Then screen and recycle the chrome in the slag. Before they purchased this European Type Impact Crusher, they had tried to use cone crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher. Both of them can not fulfill the requirements to recycle the chrome, because the slag is very hard, and the final output size 3mm is too fine. So they made a decision to have a try by using our PFW1214III. We loaded and shipped these goods in 4x40'HQ from Qingdao to Durban.

Finally they are so happy to inform us PFW1214III impact crusher’s performance exceeds their expectation, they would purchase another one to expand the production capacity. Definitely, they purchased the 2nd one in 2012.

In our factory, we have normal type PF series and European type PFW series impact crusher for choice. PFW series impact crusher is equipped with high chrome hammer, which is new type wear-resistant material with longer working life. The whole rotor assembly owns good dynamic and static balance and impact resistance. Integral cast steel structure is adopted for its bearing seat, radial strength of the bearing seat is highly enhanced. What’s more, the unique splint and wedge are matched in the plate hammer fixing device, which makes the plate hammer much more reliable and easier to change.
