Total cost of this order is more than USD2,400,000. We loaded and shipped these goods 563packages totally in 3x20'GP+3x20'FR+9x20'OT+25x40'HQ from Qingdao to Jeddah port.

Their project is located in Madinah, which is to crush basalt from 630mm into 3mm, 5mm, 14mm, 20mm, 25mm at 250-300tons per hour for road and building construction. This plant is specially designed for them, which has two functions to produce shaped and unshaped final outputs. The shaped output is cubic pieces, which is better for road and building construction. In the unshaped output, there is more flaky pieces, whose cost is lower.

Basalt is one kind of hard stone, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is 5-7. So we use multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as secondary one in the plant. The reason why we equip multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as secondary one in the plant are its features/advantages, which are listed as below:

1.Unique inter-particle crushing method

Inter-particle crushing works between materials that increases the working life of mantle and bowl liner;
