On Feb 19 of 2019, we received deposit from our customer Ms.Angela Banwari in SRANAN EARTH MOVERS N.V. They ordered a complete limestone crushing and screening plant, including:

Their project is located in Paramaribo, Suriname, which starts operation in 2019. It is to crush limestone from 500mm into 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm. We loaded and shipped the main body(84tons/375cubic meters) by bulk vessel and disassembled equipment by 4x40'HQ+1x40'FR from Qingdao, China to Paramaribo, Suriname.
For the limestone is not so hard, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is about 2-3, usually we use impact crusher as secondary crusher to process it. The life-span of hammers and liners are longer. What’s better, the shape of final outputs is cubic, which is better used in building and road construction.
In our factory, we have normal type PF series and European type PFW series impact crusher for choice. PFW series impact crusher is equipped with high chrome hammer, which is new type wear-resistant material with longer working life. The whole rotor assembly owns good dynamic and static balance and impact resistance. Integral cast steel structure is adopted for its bearing seat, radial strength of the bearing seat is highly enhanced. What’s more, the unique splint and wedge are matched in the plate hammer fixing device, which makes the plate hammer much more reliable and easier to change.
PFW series impact crusher have more features as below:

5.Equipped with hydraulic frame opening device, and the spare parts such as hammer can be changed quickly.

6.Clear working division and accurate positioning, three-chamber type is suitable for tertiary crushing, and two-chamber type is for primary and secondary crushing. The production size tends to be cubic shape. Discharging size can be adjusted, and simplifying the crushing process.
