We loaded and shipped these goods in 4x20'OT+1x40'FR+22x40'HQ from Qingdao to Jeddah port.
Their project is located around Taif, which is to crush hard stone from 700mm into 0-3mm, 3/16”, 3/8”, 3/4” at 300tons per hour for road and building construction. We use 3sets of 4 1/4feet Symons cone crusher in the plant.
Symons cone crusher is widely used in the metallurgical industry, building materials industry, road construction industry, chemical industry, and silicate industry, suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with medium and above hardness. By optimizing the cavity design and combining reasonable speed and stroke, it has better performance and higher production capacity. Adopting the principle of laminated crushing, the proportion of cubes in the product is significantly increased, needle shaped stones are reduced, and the particle size is more uniform.
When non crushing objects such as iron blocks enter the machine, the iron protection device will automatically release them and then reset them. The iron protection has a fixed return point for the discharge port, and the miscellaneous iron can quickly restore the original discharge port after passing through the crushing chamber; When the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow rate is too slow, the device will automatically shut down.
The automatic control system adopts a large diameter spindle, a heavy-duty main frame, and an independent thin oil lubrication system to ensure the equipment is sturdy and durable, stable and reliable in operation, with a fault free operation rate of over 95%.
All components can be disassembled and assembled from the top or side, making the fixed cone and moving cone assemblies easy to remove. Sliding bearings can maintain excellent load-bearing performance in high impact and vibration crushing environments, and are more economical and convenient to maintain than rolling bearings.
An independent thin oil lubrication system with multi-point control ensures dual protection of bearing lubrication for this model, as well as automatic safety protection for the entire machine.
