Limestone Crushing&Screening Plant in Canada

On March 16 of 2023, one customer from Cybair Canada in Quebec ordered a complete set of limestone crushing and screening plant, including:

• 1.Primary Mobile Crushing Plant: YG1349EW86(Grizzly Vibrating Feeder GZD1300x4900+European type Jaw Crusher PEW860)

• 2.Secondary Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant: Y3S2160FW1315III(European type Impact Crusher PFW1315III+Vibrating Screen 3YZS2160)

• 3.Tertiary Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant: Y3S1860V92(Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher VSI5X9532+Vibrating Screen 3YZS1860)

Their project is located around Quebec, which is to crush limestone from 720mm into 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 13mm, 19mm at 150-200tons per hour for buildings and construction concrete use. They needs more sand 0-3mm, 3-6mm, 6-9mm, so they purchased a sand making machine(vertical shaft impact crusher) for that. For vertical shaft impact crusher, usually it has two functions in the plant: one is to shape the aggregates into cubic pieces; the other is to make fine sand. Different functions, different working mode.

We loaded and shipped the main body(125tons/570cubic meters) by bulk vessel and disassembled equipment by 2x40'FR+5x40'HQ totally from Shanghai to Montreal port.

For the limestone is not so hard, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is about 2-3, usually we use impact crusher as secondary crusher to process it. The life-span of hammers and liners are longer. 

In our factory, we have normal type PF series and European type PFW series impact crusher for choice. PFW series impact crusher is equipped with high chrome hammer, which is new type wear-resistant material with longer working life. The whole rotor assembly owns good dynamic and static balance and impact resistance. Integral cast steel structure is adopted for its bearing seat, radial strength of the bearing seat is highly enhanced. What’s more, the unique splint and wedge are matched in the plate hammer fixing device, which makes the plate hammer much more reliable and easier to change.

PFW series impact crusher have more features as below:

• 1.High chrome hammer is new type wear-resistant material, which is allowed longer working life. The whole rotor owns good dynamic and static balance and impact resistance.

• 2.Integral cast steel structure is adopted for bearing seat, and radial strength of the bearing seat is highly strengthened.

• 3.The unique splint and wedge are matched in the plate hammer fixing device, which makes the plate hammer much more reliable, and easier to change.

• 4.Hydraulic adjustment device is used, so the discharging size can be changed quickly, reducing the downtime and maintenance time.

• 5.Equipped with hydraulic frame opening device, and the spare parts such as hammer can be changed quickly.

• 6.Clear working division and accurate positioning, three-chamber type is suitable for tertiary crushing, and two-chamber type is for primary and secondary crushing. The production size tends to be cubic shape. Discharging size can be adjusted, and simplifying the crushing process.
