On July 10 of 2018, we received deposit from our customer in Philippines. They ordered a complete volcanic rock crushing and screening plant, including:

Primary Mobile Crushing Plant: KE760-1/1 set (Grizzly Vibrating Feeder TSW1139 +European type Jaw Crusher PEW760)

We loaded and shipped the main body(84tons/345cubic meters) by bulk vessel and the disassembled equipment into 1x40'FR+7x40'HQ. Their project is located in Legaspi. It is to crush volcanic rock from 630mm into 3/8”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”. We dispatched 2 engineers for installation guidance in September of 2018.
Volcanic rock is one kind of hard stone, whose Mohs’ Hardness Scale is 5-7. So we use multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as secondary one in the plant. Because there are more find sand in the volcanic rock, we have to pre-screen them out of the plant.
The reason why we equip multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher on the secondary mobile plant are its features/advantages, which are listed as below:
