On May 20 of 2012, we received deposit from PANDSON NIG LTD in Lagos. They ordered a complete granite crushing and screening plant, including:

• 3.Primary Jaw Crusher: PE750x1060/1 set

• 4.Secondary Symons Cone Crusher: CSB160/1 set

• 6.Vibrating Screen: 4YZS2160/1 set

• 7.Vibrating Screen: 2YZS2160/1 set

• 8.Belt Conveyors: 232meters Long

Their project is located in Illorin. It is to crush granite from 630mm into 1/4”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1”. Then use vertical shaft impact crusher to shape the final output into cubic pieces, which is better used in building and road construction. We optimize the design of rotor by deepen the rotor chamber, which can make the capacity increased by 30%. What’s better, we adopt combined hammer design, it only needs to replace the wearing part, which can reduce the operation cost by more than 30%. And the use of vice hammer can prevent damage to the vertical plate after the main hammer worn.

We loaded and shipped the goods into 2x40'FR+1x20'FR+2x20'OT+4x40'HQ from Qingdao to Lagos.

Regarding cone crusher, we have spring type, single cylinder hydraulic type, multi-cylinder hydraulic type for choice. They have their own advantages as below:

For spring cone crusher:
