On Jan 17 of 2013, Mr.Ben from South Africa placed an order of mobile crushing and screening plant Y3S23G93E46Y55B. He is an engineer in MALITECH CRUSHERS.

In 2012, we met each other on a mining fair held in JHB. In December of 2012, Mr.Ben visited our factory in Zhengzhou and talked with our engineers about their requirements. Our engineer recommended different equipment configuration and designed many flow charts for him. Finally Mr.Ben chose our mini mobile plant, which consists of vibrating feeder GZD960x3800, jaw crusher PE400x600, spring cone crusher PYB900, vibrating screen 3YZS1237 and belt conveyors. All these equipments are mounted on one trailer. It can be easily moved from one place to another.

After his visit, Mr.Ben arranged the advance payment to us when he was back to South Africa. We shipped the goods by bulk vessel and 2x40'HQ to Durban port.

The working site of this mobile plant is changed according to their different projects approved for road construction. At the very beginning, their project is located in Mafikeng to process diamond mining waste from 350mm into 3 final outputs: 10mm, 20mm, 40mm. The final output can be changed through changing different screen mesh as per the project needs.
